Cat6 cables support Gigabit Ethernet data rates of 1 gigabit per second. They can accommodate 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections over a limited distance.

Coax has been used as feed lines to connect radio transmitters and receivers with antennas, internet connections, digital audio and cable TV signals.

Traditional and VoiP

Phone Cabling Installation

If you are looking to upgrade your phone system, add additional lines to an existing system, or build a new phone system from the ground up, let AdvanTech assist you. We service and install both traditional and VoiP telephone systems. What are the differences between traditional and VoiP systems?

VoiP systems use voice over IP technologies for placing and transmitting telephone calls over an IP network, such as the Internet, instead of the traditional public switched telephone network.

VoiP enables you to set up a conference call with people inside as well as outside your organization.

A Traditional Phone System might be suitable for you if you regularly place calls on a one-on-one basis; one call at a time. In a small business environment, a traditional phone system is more cost effective than a VoiP system, but it is limited when placing conference calls, or communicate with team members within the office.
